Each house can accommodate between 4 and 20 guests, with a full kitchen and open floor plan that combines the living room and kitchen into one great room.  Each house has been professionally decorated and fully stocked with linens and kitchen tools.  All you need to do is bring your groceries and drinks.  

Each cabin can accommodate more than four adults, with up to seven bedrooms configured with twin beds, queen and king beds, and you don't even have to bring linens.  Fully equipped kitchens, television, and fireplace in the living room, air conditioned, with a private balcony or patio for your party's pleasure, situated right on the golf course.  The setting couldn't be more peaceful.  

Rentals are available by the day or the weekend, and housekeeping is available.  They are all on the golf course, convenient to the clubhouse, and within walking distance of the clubhouse and Riverside Park stations.  These homes are truly sought after during the Horseshoe Riverbend Festival.  The new River Front Stage amphitheater has been added to the Sgt. David Brown Memorial River Front Park, you will get plenty of exercise strolling the river walking path and perhaps even running through the Splash Pad with all the big kids on a hot summer night.

All houses are equipped with cable television, internet, and fully air-conditioned.  

The White House -

This beautiful house has a view of the back nine of Ross Creek Landing Golf Course. It was the original house on this property before it became a Jack Nicklaus signature course. It sleeps 9 (minimum of 6), with one king, one queen bed, two twins, and one twin and two and a half baths. All are on the upstairs floor. Downstairs, there are two pullout sofa couches, one king, one twin, and one bathroom.

The rental rate is $140 on weekends and holidays, $130 on weekdays, and there is a $50 cleaning fee.

Cedars 102 -

Sleeps 5 (minimum of 4), 3 bedrooms, which include:

• 1 queen bedroom #1
• 2 twin bedrooms #2
• 2 twin bedroom #3
• and 2 bathrooms.  

The rental rate is $130 on weekends and holidays, $120 on weekdays, and there is a $40 cleaning fee.

Cedars 106 -
